 Fitness Depot has grown to over 34 stores across Canada, in Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia catering to health clubs and the vertical sector in each of these markets. This concept was adopted after both founders' involvement with smaller boutique-style fitness outlets had shown such an approach to be unfeasible. The company's success is based on keeping its product lines focused and its marketing strategy simple. The majority of the free weight equipment is single-sourced from one company, Northern Lights Fitness Products in Cornwall, Ontario, while most of our cardiovascular equipment is manufactured by Precor, Hebb Industries and Aerobics Inc. in the US. We all know we should exercise more, but do you find it hard to slip out to the gym? After a day at the office, dinner with the family and homework with the kids the evening is short.
